Mô tả công việc

Basic Job Function: To assist in managing outlets as profitable units and to set performance standards for service
Tasks/Responsibilities:

Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies
Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, ETC.
Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
Has an extensive knowledge and passion of Mixology and strives through innovation. Has created various beverage concepts.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

Have a minimum of 2 years of experience of managing.
High-profile Bar and/or Night Club operations in a similar role.
Has a flawless track record in successfully managed & established venues.
Has an extensive knowledge and passion of Wines & Spirits.
Has a high acumen to deliver highest service standards.
Excellent English skills
The working schedule is:
Monday – Thursday and Sunday: 9:00 – 18:00 (Shift 1), AND 14:00 – 23:00 (Shift 2)
Friday: 9:00 – 21:00 (Shift 1), AND 14:00 – 2:00 (Shift 2)
Saturday: 9:00 – 18:00 (Shift 1), AND 15:00 – 3:00 (Shift 2)
