Education level

Bachelor Degree.

Qualification

Major in :

Technical industries, which have the expertise in material strength and mechanical structure.
Have the understanding of Vietnamese and international standards and regulations of construction design and implementation and onshore structures.

3.

Working experience

Have experience in engineering, calculating structural construction, detail design steel structure, civil and calculating lifting plan for heavy lift.

4.

English level

Fluency in reading, writing, speaking English. To prefer TOECI 500 and above or other equivalent Certificate.

5.

Computer skills

Tekla structure , Sap, Etap, Staad Pro, Plaxis, Microsoft Office , Outlook Express, Autocad….

General

Have the ability of engineering and structural calculation for
structural buildings, temporary structures for construction projects
of the company.
Have the ability of lifting calculation for heavy item installation.
Have extensive knowledge of construction materials and using
appropriate materials to be most effective.
Have deep understanding of standards and laws relating to
construction engineering and implementation.
Have abilities of technical bidder evaluation for fabrication
structural materials and equipments.

Obligations

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safety, the quality, the schedule and the
effectiveness of the assigned tasks to Lead Structural Engineer and Construction Engineering Manager, Manager of Technical &Operational Dept.
Directly implement Material Take-Off (MTO) for fabrication,
lifting, loadout serving for the project operation; and responsible for the accuracy of MTO.
Directly making the shop drawing, fabrication drawing and
engineering documents; or review and responsible for the accuracy of engineering documents.

Coordinate with disciplines to ensure the engineering document issue in accordance with the fabrication progress and the project schedules.
Research and enhance technical renovation/initiatives and other
safe, effective engineering and construction methods.
Contribute all aspect relating to the structure design, construction in project to the Lead Structural Engineer/ Construction Engineering Manager, Manager of Technical &Operational Dept.
Implement procurement assistance, including the technical bid
clarification, technical bid evaluation, TBE report for fabrication structural materials, equipment.
Authorities :
Propose ideas, method for more work effectives, qualities.
Have the right to shut down the jobs and report to an authority on HSE if this job could be predicted the risk of hazard or environment pollution.
